To place an order simply click on the 'add to basket' button.
Once you have added all the items you would like to order simply click on the 'Go to Checkout' box at the top right of the page.
This will automatically take you into your 'Customer Login' page where you need to complete your contact details.
For your security your billing name and delivery address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
You will then go through to a secure payment page. Once you have completed all of your payment details into the payment fields provided please click on 'Submit'
You will receive a confirmation email from Fox Jewellery.

After you have placed your order you will receive emails about your order.

Order confirmation
This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your transaction order reference number. Keep this email for your records.
Backorder notice
This email informs you that an item from your order is not immediately available and we will send it when it is available. You will be charged when it is shipped. When the item is available to be delivered, we will send you an email with your order number. Keep this email for your records.
